Rule 113
Removal or Dismissal from Service
: (1) An armed police officer may be removed from service in any of the following cases so as not to disqualify him for future government service:-
(a) If unable to perform his duties due to incapacity,
(b) If he shows indifference and irresponsibility towards his professional knowledge by not attending the training or making excuses or being negligent during the training period,
(c) In the case of an equivalent breach of conduct,
(d) Wearing uniform or consuming alcohol during duty,
(e) In case of unauthorized entry into the house of the public or in any manner of improper behavior or robbery,
(f)   In case of equivalent indiscipline,
(g) If participating in politics,
(h)   If absent from his office for fifteen consecutive days without sanction of leave,
(j) If he neglects the responsibilities of his position,
(j) If he does any act that harms the reputation and image of the government of Nepal or the organization he works for,
(k) In case of imprisonment by the court for violation of human rights and acts of sexual violence or domestic violence,
(l) ……………………       (2) In any of the following cases, the armed police personnel may be dismissed from the service for the purpose of disqualification for future government service:-
(a)   If convicted of committing an offense under section 27 of the Act or absconding after committing such offence,
(b)   If convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(c) If proven to have committed corruption,
(C1) In case of obtaining a permanent residence permit or applying for obtaining such a permit.
(d) Nominated by the Government of Nepal and goes abroad for training, study or other purposes, if he does not return to the country after completion of such training, study or work, (e) Failure to serve as per sub-rule (10) of rule 135.
